Código Egipto Initiatory Journey

This document establishes the terms and conditions governing participation in the Código Egipto Initiatory Journey, a symbolic, cultural, and experiential journey organized by the Código Egipto team.

By making a reservation, the participant declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, which are legally binding.


1. Nature of the Journey

The Código Egipto Initiatory Journey is a cultural, symbolic, and conscious exploration experience that integrates history, archaeology, symbolism, and spiritual accompaniment.

It is not a medical, therapeutic, psychological, or religious retreat and does not replace any medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Participation is voluntary, and each participant assumes full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental condition throughout the entire experience.


2. Organization

The journey is organized by Código Egipto, a project directed by Alessa Esteban, who coordinates the symbolic content, group guidance, and overall structure of the experience, in collaboration with authorized local operators and service providers in Egypt.


3. General Travel Dates

The journey takes place between late November and early December 2026.

  • Group arrival is scheduled for November 25, 2026, with check-in and accommodation in Giza.
  • Official activities begin on November 26, 2026.
  • The itinerary includes stays in Giza, Luxor, and Aswan, according to the official program.
  • The last night included in the journey is December 9, 2026.
  • Participants must schedule their international departure starting December 10, 2026, departing from the city of their choice (Luxor or another city, depending on personal travel arrangements).

Each participant is responsible for arranging their own international flights, respecting these dates.

Detailed daily schedules and city-by-city activities are provided in the official itinerary shared with participants.


4. What Is Included

Accommodation in carefully selected hotels throughout the journey, with breakfast included, distributed as follows:

— five (5) nights in Giza

— seven (7) nights in Luxor

— two (2) nights in Aswan

The first night corresponds to the group’s arrival on November 25, prior to the official start of activities on November 26.

Continuous conscious guidance and accompaniment by the Código Egipto team throughout the journey.

Guided access to temples, pyramids, and archaeological sites included in the itinerary.

Explanations, symbolic activations, meditative practices, and experiential work at each site, transmitted through live channeling and direct guidance by Alessa Esteban.

Entrance tickets and special permits for restricted-access locations when included in the program.

A preparatory course prior to the trip covering Egyptology, symbolism, historical context, and the spiritual dimension of the journey.

Ongoing transmission of teachings, explanations, and integrative guidance throughout the experience.

• General logistical coordination of the itinerary within Egypt.

Guidance and assistance for obtaining the Cairo Pass and Luxor Pass.

• Accompaniment during all transfers included in the program.

A fully designed initiatory, cultural, and symbolic journey conceived as a deep and transformative experience.


5. What Is Not Included

International round-trip flights from the participant’s country of origin to Cairo.

Internal transportation between Cairo and Luxor required to continue the second part of the journey (this may be done by domestic flight or overnight train, according to the participant’s personal choice).

An estimated budget of USD 150–200 should be considered for this transfer.

The Código Egipto team will provide guidance and assistance to coordinate this transfer in an organized group manner.

Cairo Pass and Luxor Pass, which must be purchased personally with assistance from the Código Egipto team.

(total cost: USD 255, paid in cash and in U.S. dollars on site).

These passes are personal and mandatory in order to access the sites and permits included in the itinerary

Meals not explicitly listed as included.

• Beverages, personal expenses, or individual purchases.

Tips

An estimated total of USD 100 per person is recommended for collective tips throughout the journey, given to guides and local staff when special support is provided.

It is recommended to bring small bills (preferably USD 1) to facilitate organized distribution.

Mandatory travel medical insurance.

Each participant must independently purchase international travel medical insurance valid for the entire duration of the trip, covering medical assistance, emergencies, accidents, and repatriation.

The Código Egipto team assumes no responsibility for accidents, illnesses, or medical incidents occurring during the journey.

Insurance coverage is a mandatory requirement for participation.

Any service not expressly listed as included.


6. Payments and Conditions

The total cost of the journey is EUR 5,000 per person.

Payment is structured in three stages:

First payment (reservation deposit)

Secures one of the 25 available places.

  • Early Bird 2026: €800 — available until February 1, 2026
  • Regular rate: €1,000 — applicable from February 2, 2026

This first payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.


Second payment

The second payment must be completed during April 2026, according to the schedule communicated by the organization, in order to finalize operational and logistical arrangements.

Amounts:

  • Early Bird participants: €2,200
  • Regular-rate participants: €2,000

Third payment – Final balance

The third and final payment completes the total cost of the journey and must be made during September 2026, with a final deadline of September 25, 2026.

Amount:

  • €2,000 (for both Early Bird and regular participants)

Once this payment is completed, the journey is considered fully paid.


7. Cancellation Policy and Force Majeure

Due to the nature of the journey and the commitments made with providers, suppliers, and logistical partners, all payments are non-refundable, except in the following specific case:

In duly documented situations of force majeure (such as serious illness, accident, or other major unforeseen circumstances), a partial refund of the second payment only may be considered under the following conditions:

The maximum refundable amount is €1,500, regardless of whether the second payment was €2,200 or €2,000.

The first payment (reservation deposit) is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The third payment is non-refundable.

Acceptance of a force majeure claim is at the sole discretion of the organizing team.

The following are not considered force majeure:

personal, professional, financial, emotional reasons, or voluntary changes of plans.


8. Liability and Disclaimer

Each participant acknowledges and agrees that:

• Participation is voluntary and undertaken at their own responsibility.

• They are responsible for their physical, emotional, and mental condition.

• They assume the normal risks associated with international travel.

• They release Código Egipto, its organizers, collaborators, and service providers from liability for accidents, illnesses, losses, delays, itinerary changes, or events beyond their control.

The organization is not responsible for acts of third parties, government decisions, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, social or political situations, or any circumstances beyond its control.


9. Modifications to the Itinerary

The organization reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary due to logistical, safety, climatic, or force majeure reasons, always seeking to preserve the quality, integrity, and spirit of the journey.


10. Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment and confirming their reservation, the participant declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions of the Código Egipto Initiatory Journey, which are legally binding.
